Nickel Electroplating

We can also undertake bulk nickel electroplating of small to medium sized components made from CRC Sheet or HD Wire. We carry out barrel or rack plating based on the type of components in terms of size and malleability. Our Barrel Plating Section requires loads in excess of 750 to 1000 Kgs at one time to make it commercially viable to carry out electroplating.

We carry out rack plating of components that are slightly bigger in dimension and are prone to being bent or twisted in the barrel plating process. Our automated rack plating plant is capable of carrying out plating of 70000 pieces per shift. Minimum load for the rack plating unit we will accept is around 150000 pieces.
